^{_{Each fellow must submit two board-style best-answer multiple-choice questions. Each question should include one correct/best answer and four less good or incorrect options, one or two supporting images (radiologic, endoscopic, or histologic), and a brief explanation for all answer choices. Submissions will be reviewed for quality, and two accepted questions are required to attend the course as a presentation trip. All images must be free of PHI.}}
