Alternate Locations

View the live course via videoconference at an alternate location close to home and save $100 on the course registration fee. Those attending outside of Rochester can submit questions to the moderator via email. Lunch and refreshment breaks are provided at all course locations.

Eenie, Meanie, Minie, Moe.  How to Care for Feet and Toes 
Thursday, September 17, 2015, 2:45 – 4:25 p.m.
This hands-on workshop enables participants to identify select conditions of the skin and nails, provide appropriate patient education, and experience a basic level of foot and nail care as one may see in a clinical setting. Pre-registration required, additional fee to attend.

Basic Suturing Workshop 
Thursday, September 17, 2015, 12:35 – 2:15 p.m.
This hands-on workshop provides an opportunity to obtain wound assessment and management skills useful in every day practice. Learn and practice simple interrupted and vertical mattress techniques. Pre-registration required, additional fee to attend.
  
Skin Biopsy Workshop
Friday, September 18, 2015, 2:45 – 4:25 p.m.
This hands-on workshop provides opportunity to learn and practice three types of biopsy techniques: shave, punch, and excisional.  Prerequisites: suturing experience or enrolled in basic suturing workshop. Pre-registration required, additional fee to attend.
