Upon conclusion of this activity, participants should be able to:

  • Describe the historical evolution of intracranial CSF access fromKocher to modern systems.​

  • Compare traditional EVD management with CLEAR IVH III–styleintraventricular thrombolysis.​

  • Analyze the concept and clinical applications of Active CSFExchange (ACE).​

  • Describe indications for intraventricular drug delivery (tPA,nicardipine, etc.).​

  • Evaluate emerging evidence and practical considerations forACE/IRRAFlow use.
