JMP Dataset Creation


At the completion of this module, learners will be able to create a new dataset by entering data into a JMP table, define column properties for a variable, import a dataset from another file (such as Excel) and export a JMP dataset to another file type (such as Excel). Ross Dierkhising is an M.S. Statistician in the Division of Biomedical Statistics and Informatics.  He currently works on research projects from the areas of Gastroenterology, the Transplant Center, the Patient Education Center, Pharmacy, and the Sleep Lab.  In addition, he is a statistical consultant in the CCaTS.  He has taught JMP courses both for the CCaTS and the Mayo Graduate School.  He received his B.A. in Mathematics from the University of Minnesota - Morris in 1997 and an M.S. in Statistics from Iowa State University in 1999.
