Learning Objectives
Upon conclusion of this activity, participants should be able to:

  • Describe how the MCC ACO operates within the MSSP framework.
  • Interpret ACO performance data relevant to their clinical role.
  • Analyze how utilization patterns (ED visits, admissions, SNF use) affect ACO financial and quality performance.
  • Apply evidence-based strategies to improve quality metrics such as A1C control, hypertension control, and cancer screening.
  • Develop at least one actionable strategy to improve ACO-aligned outcomes within their practice.
