On behalf of the Mayo Clinic School of Continuous Professional Development we hope you will consider a display or sponsorship opportunity at our Mayo Clinic Innovations in Gastroenterology and Hepatology 2026: Artificial Intelligence and Beyond being held January 16-17, 2026, at the Mayo Clinic Integrated Education and Research Building in Phoenix, Arizona.
The letter of request and sponsorship descriptions can be found here. W-9 attached here. Space is limited and exhibit space is not confirmed until the submitting representative is notified of their exhibit confirmation by a member of the Mayo Clinic School of Continuous Professional Development.
To submit your request for an exhibit or sponsorship complete the below Exhibitor Letter of Agreement prior to January 12, 2026. If you do not have a profile/account you will first need to create one and log in to this website before completing the below Letter of Agreement form.
Completion of this agreement represents a commitment and EXHIBITOR is obligated to provide full payment of all amounts due under this agreement.
