Hotel rooms near Mayo Clinic Hospital are limited. You are urged to make reservations early.

A limited block of guest rooms have been reserved for attendees at the Residence Inn Phoenix Desert View at Mayo Clinic, the JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge Resort, and the Westin Kierland Resort. Special course rates are noted below for single or double occupancy per night. Group rates will be honored three days prior and three days following the course dates, based upon space availability.

To receive the special rates, you must make reservations before the room block is filled and by the cut-off date of December 26, 2016. Reservations will be taken following this date based upon room block availability, at the contracted meeting rate.

Lodging arrangements are the sole responsibility of the individual registrant.

Mayo School of CPD is not responsible for expenses incurred by an individual who is not confirmed and for whom space is not available at the meeting. Costs incurred by the registrant such as airline or hotel fees or penalties are the responsibility of the registrant.

TRANSPORTATION
Ground Transportation: Hertz is offering a reduced daily rate for participants attending the course. Visit Hertzonline and refer to the exclusive CV Number 03NR0012 when making reservations. Advance reservations are recommended as cars are subject to availability.
