The Ponte Vedra Inn & Club is offering hotel rooms for attendees and their guests at the following group rates plus applicable taxes and golfview hotel rooms at the group .

Ocenfront: $249.00 per night
Deluxe Oceanview: $229.00 per night
Golfview: $209.00 per night

In order to receive the special rate, identify yourself as a participant of the “Mayo Clinic Skull Base Workshop”. Reservations must be made by Monday, July 18, 2016 or before the room block is filled, whichever comes first. The hotel has extended the special rate three days before and three days after the meeting. There is limited guest room availability at the special rates; early reservations are based on availability.  The standard hotel reservations cancellation policy will apply to all reservations.  Attendees are responsible for their own reservations. Guests receive complimentary in-room internet service. Rooms are limited so we encourage early booking. Jacksonville International Airport (JAX) is located 35 minutes from The Ritz-Carlton at Amelia Island.

Mayo Clinic not responsible for expenses incurred by an individual who is not confirmed and for whom space is not available at the meeting.  Costs incurred by the registrant such as airline or hotel fees or penalties are the responsibility of the registrant.
