Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science designates live activity for a maximum of 26.50 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™.  Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Addiction Medicine for Primary Care Providers Workshop (Friday, February 17):

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation. The Mayo Clinic College of Medicine is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

Mayo Clinic College of Medicine designates this live activity for a maximum of 3.75 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits^TM . Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation.

AAFP Credit:

This Live activity, Pain Medicine for the Non-Pain Specialist 2017, with a beginning date of 02/16/2017, has been reviewed and is acceptable for up to  25.75 Prescribed credit(s) by the American Academy of Family Physicians. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. 

NOTE: Total AAFP Credit includes all of the optional workshops (additional fees apply). The Knowledge Self-Assessment module is not eligible for AAFP credit. 

Maintenance of Certification (MOC): 
Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component, enables the participant to earn up to 16.25 MOC points in the American Board of Internal Medicine's (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. Participants will earn MOC points equivalent to the amount of CME credits claimed for the activity. It is the CME activity provider's responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABIM MOC credit.
