The Fairmont Scottsdale Princess is offering rooms at $309.00 per night (plus applicable taxes) for attendees and their guests. In order to receive the special rate, reservations must be made before the room block is full or before the expiration date of Wednesday, December 30, 2015, whichever comes first. Reservations can be made by calling (800) 344-4758 and asking for the Mayo Clinic Psychiatry Medical Settings group rate.

Parking

The hotel has three parking lots, one for each section of the hotel. Valet parking: $20.00 USD for overnight, including in-and-out privileges, self-parking: WAIVED.

Mayo School of CPD is not responsible for expenses incurred by an individual who is not confirmed and for whom space is not available at the meeting. Costs incurred by
the registrant such as airline or hotel fees or penalties are the responsibility of the
registrant.
