DESCRIPTION
Core conference series, ongoing since 2008. It will address the target audience’s learning through didactic lecture, case-based discussion, and critical literature review. Target audience includes cardiology faculty, cardiology fellows, cardiology ARNP’s, (on occasion cardiology RN’s, medical residents, cath lab, echo lab and EP lab techs will attend based on interest in a particular topic)

TARGET AUDIENCE
This course is intended for Cardiology faculty, cardiology fellows, cardiology ARNP’s.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:

  • Recognize current medical therapies and outcomes in patients with advanced heart failure
  • Maintain up-to-date information on changing pharmacological interventions in patients with advanced CHF
  • Demonstrate a more advanced understanding of a wide range of important topics in the field of cardiovascular medicine
