Medical Grand Rounds is the largest and longest standing educational activity in the department of Medicine. It has been the center piece of continuing education with weekly attendance over 150.  Internal medicine is a rapidly evolving field of medicine and requires regular updates in multiple areas of primary and subspecialty care. There are therefore a host of educational needs in the realms of indications for new agents, diagnostic testing, and multi modality therapies. We will highlight many areas including health outcomes research, integrative medicine and its impact on all areas of medicine, and advances in cancer care.
