LEARNING OBJECTIVES
Upon conclusion of this activity, participants should be able to:

• Identify potentially survivable situations in accidental hypothermia
• Discuss the pathophysiology and stages of hypothermia
• Review rewarming methods including passive rewarming, invasive rewarming, CPB and ECMO
• Discuss the modifications to CPR and ACLS in the setting of severe hypothermia
