Once the course has adjourned, you will be able to take the MOC quiz by going to the Start tab and clicking the Start button. You will have 30 days post-course to submit your survey response. Your submission should result in answering 4 out of the 5 questions correctly. You will have two attempts to earn the required 80% for credit. The deadline to submit is November 5, 2019.
