Clinical Updates in Allergy and Immunology is designed to deliver a present-day understanding of allergic disorders with an emphasis on the translation of allergy knowledge to clinical practice. The focus for this inaugural year is ‘food-related allergic disorders’ which will be presented in addition to many common allergy conditions. This structured theme-based program will include evidence-based and emerging clinical approaches presented by expert faculty from allergy and other medical specialties to provide a comprehensive and multidisciplinary perspective on allergic disorders.

Target Audience
This course is designed for allergists, internists, family medicine physicians, and pediatricians. It will also benefit nurses, physician assistants, nurse practitioners and others involved in primary care with a specific interest in allergy.
Learning Objectives
Upon conclusion of this program, participants should be able to:
- Identify current guidelines for food allergy testing and cross-specialty clinical practice strategies for management of eosinophilic esophagitis and celiac disease.
- Recognize the importance of new recommendations with respect to early introduction of peanut in allergy prone children.
- Describe the indications, appropriate patient selection and side effects of recent FDA approved medications in allergy, as well as emerging therapeutics for management of allergic disease.
- Review updates and clinical practice strategies in the areas of asthma, chronic rhinosinusitis, immune deficiency, hypereosinophilic disorders, chronic cough and chronic urticaria.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

When cancelling a registration for a course 14 days or more before the course start date, a full refund (minus a $75 administrative fee) will be issued in the same form of payment the registration was received.
