DESCRIPTION
Through a combination of case-based presentations and literature review, the nephrology education series delivers up-to-date and cutting-edge information that can be directly integrated into clinical nephrology and hypertension practice and patient care in the fields of nephrology. This course is intended for members of the Division of Nephrology and Hypertension at the Mayo Clinic of Florida campus and is of interest to nephrologists, nephrology trainees including fellows, and advanced practice providers. 

In-Person and Live-Streamed; Weekly on Friday from 12:15-1:15 p.m.

TARGET AUDIENCE
Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, Physicians, Physician Assistants, and Resident Fellows.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:

• Discuss the presented nephrology topic (pathogenesis, clinical presentation, diagnostic evaluation) and its relevance to clinical practice and patient care. 
• Explain the most up-to-date management options based on recent literature as it relates to the discussion topic.
