Title:  EEG and Epilepsy Update
Learning Objectives:  Upon completion of this activity participants should be able to:

  • Review fundamental principles of EEG interpretation
  • Recognize normal pediatric EEG patterns and differentiate them from epileptiform patterns
  • Identify basic patterns of normal and abnormal during sleep and in ICU EEG for adults
  • Describe the appropriate evaluation for epilepsy surgery
