Scholarships for Professionals seeking continuing education credits
The Alzheimer’s Association is providing Diversity scholarships to professionals who are registering to receive 5.25 AMA continuing education credits at the conference.
Diversity Scholarships cover the full $110 cost associated with receiving 5.25 AMA continuing education credits.
Applications are due by August 15, 2021. Scholarships will be awarded on a first come, first served basis if funds remain available. Scholarship recipients will be notified within one week after the deadline of August 15, 2021 and if awarded will receive instructions and a discount code for free registration.
To be eligible for a Diversity Scholarship applications must have a financial need and be a professional, student, or volunteer working in aging and/or dementia services (healthcare, social work, public and community health/wellness, long-term care, care and support services) and serving a diverse, underrepresented, underserved and/or low-income population (e.g. BIPOC, LGBTQ, New Americans, rural communities).
