Learning Objectives:

• Evaluate the previously undiagnosed patient with a suspected atrial level shunt
• Create a differential diagnosis for atrial septal defect by cardiac catheterization, or transthoracic echocardiogram or cardiac MRI
• Understand the long term and very long term sequelae s/p palliation of atrial level shunting
