Stroke Rehabilitation

The Mayo Clinic Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Board Review is designed for candidates preparing for certifying and maintenance of certification examinations in physical medicine and rehabilitation. This online content is intended to provide a comprehensive review of the topic areas and facilitate additional study if needed.   

Faculty:

Allen W. Brown, M.D. is Associate Professor of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. He is board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and subspecialty board certified in Brain Injury Medicine. Dr. Brown has more than 20 years of experience developing rehabilitation clinical practice models and an integrated acquired brain disorders service line. His brain rehabilitation clinical practice spans the continuum of care from a team-based acute care consultation service to an inpatient rehabilitation unit service. He leads an integrated outpatient team providing longitudinal care to individuals with altered brain function caused by injury or disease.
