Abstracts will be accepted in the following categories:
- Regenerative Science
- Regenerative Technologies
- Clinical Trials
- Clinical Application
- Workforce Development/Education/Training
- Quality & Regulatory
Submissions are due by February 17, 2023.
You will be notified approximately February 22, 2023, if your abstract has been accepted, at which time you will receive additional information regarding your participation at the course & poster session April 2-5, 2023.
Application:
- All fields are required, omitting this information may lead to rejection of your abstract.
- Abstract presenters are required to attend the full meeting.
- Poster presentations must be set up by noon, Monday, April 3, 2023.
- Poster session will occur Tuesday, April 4, 2023 at the Reception 6:00 - 8:00 p.m.
- At least one author must be present during this session
- One poster in each category will be awarded an opportunity to present during the morning symposium session on Wednesday, April 5, 2023.
- Additional authors cannot be added after the abstract has been submitted.
- Maximum word count: 1750.
- NO graphs or references allowed - text only please.
- For authors of accepted abstracts:
- Registration fee to attend the meeting will be waived
- You are responsible for expenses (transportation, hotel, food, etc.)
