Poster Abstract Deadline:
Abstracts will be accepted through April 30, 2023.
Abstract Eligibility:
- Participants may be the primary author on no more than two abstracts; however, they may be a contributing author on any number of abstracts.
- In support of inclusiveness, abstracts are not limited to first-time presentations. Abstracts that have been presented at previous meetings are eligible for consideration, as are abstracts from papers that have already been published.
Specific topics of interest:
- Artificial Intelligence
- Endoscopy Innovation
- Digital Technologies and Implementation
Submission Criteria
- Create a profile if you have not done so already, then log into your account
- Complete and submit abstract form by April 30, 2023
- Abstracts are limited to 250 words
- Complete the form below
- Signatures required for all authors, prior to the submission being reviewed
Requirements
- Conference will provide 4 x 4 ft. display board and push pins
- Poster presenters are expected to register for live attendance at the course to be held May 19-20, 2023, in Minneapolis, Minnesota. All costs associated with the presentation are the responsibility of the author(s)
- Authors must stay with their posters during the assigned poster session(s)
- Posters will be exhibited on Saturday, May 20, 2023
- All approved poster authors are required to submit a PDF of their poster to be electronically displayed to course attendees.
Requirements for the Top 4 Abstracts:
- The judging panel will select the top 4 abstracts for oral presentation at the live course.
- At least one author of selected abstracts will be invited to orally present their work at the live symposium (Session VI) - May 20, 2023.
- The presentations may not exceed 10 minutes in length and will be followed by 5 min Q&A.
- Registration fees will be waived for the selected top 4 abstracts. All other costs associated with the presentation are the responsibility of the author(s).
Notification of Results
All primary authors will be notified by May 3, 2023 if their submission has been selected for presentation. Abstracts will be evaluated based on quality of the abstract, relevance to the conference theme, and impact. Details regarding presentation will follow. Questions can be directed to Kris Jones.
