DESCRIPTION
The Baldwin Conference series is a weekly presentation given by pediatric residents to their peers and colleagues within the Department of Pediatric and Adolescent Medicine.  Topics are selected that will serve continuous improvement in clinical practice by the audience.  A faculty mentor is chosen by the resident and a faculty feedback committee member is assigned to the resident. Residents are expected to send their slides to their content mentor at least one week in advance for review and feedback. Audience feedback is solicited live at the end of the presentation via a REDCap link and QR code. Faculty feedback committee members are expected to attend their assigned resident’s presentation or watch the recorded video and fill out a competency-based feedback form. They must then meet with the resident to review all compiled feedback, review slide design, and review video clips of the presentation; this results in actionable goals.

In-Person and Live-Streamed; Weekly on Thursday from 12:15-1:00 p.m.

TARGET AUDIENCE
Allied Health Professionals, Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, Physicians, Physician Assistants, Resident Fellows, and Students.
