DESCRIPTION
The conference is devoted to the continuing medical education of physicians, NPPAs, vascular technologists, vascular ultrasound sonographers and vascular nurses caring for the patient with vascular disease. 

In-Person and Live-Streamed; Weekly on the 3rd Thursday/2nd & 4th Fridays from 12:15-1:00 p.m.

TARGET AUDIENCE
Allied Health Professionals, Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, Physicians, Physician Assistants, Resident Fellows, Ultrasound Sonographers and Vascular Technicians

LEARNING OBJECTIVES
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:

  • Review indications for thrombolysis vs. standard anticoagulation therapy for lower extremity DVT.
  • Review updated wound dressing types for venous and arterial wounds.
  • Select appropriate testing for varicose veins based on guideline recommendations. 
  • Review recent guideline recommendations for abdominal aortic aneurysm management. 
  • Compare options for management of vasculitis based on recent clinical trial information.

Participants will earn MOC points equivalent to the amount of CME credits claimed for the activity.
