The new Heart Disease ABFM-developed KSA activity focuses on diagnosis and management of acute coronary syndrome and other manifestations of ischemic heart disease, as well as stable and acute decompensated heart failure. Topics include pathophysiology, EKG interpretation, pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic treatment, and disease progression and outcomes.

Target Audience

This course is designed for family physicians, general internists, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and nurses in primary care and family practice.

The Hyatt Regency Indian Wells Resort has reserved a limited block of guest rooms at a special group rate of $389 (USD) plus $25 destination fee, single or double occupancy, run of house, per night, for course participants and guests. Group rates apply three days prior to and three days after the course dates, based on group room availability.
