• Cancellation Policy. We understand that your plans may change, so a full refund will be given for any cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the first scheduled appointment date. If cancellation is requested between 30 and 15 days prior to your first scheduled appointment date, a one-time refund of 50% of the deposit will be refunded
• Right to cancel or postpone. Mayo School of Continuous Professional Development (CPD) reserves the right to cancel or postpone any course due to unforeseen circumstances. In the unlikely event that Mayo School of CPD must cancel or postpone this course, we will fully refund the registration fee, but are not responsible for any related costs, charges or expenses to participants, including fees assessed by airline, travel or lodging agencies.
