Lihue Airport (LIH) is the primary airport on the Island of Kauai.  

Lodging Accommodations
Blocks of guestrooms have been reserved with special course rates at the Grand Hyatt Kauai Resort & Spa. To ensure accommodations and the discounted rate, reservations must be made before the room block is filled or before the expiration date of December 27, 2015, and identify yourself as a participant of the Mayo Clinic Heart meeting.

Reservations will be guaranteed upon receipt of two night’s deposit. All rates are per night and additional standard fees apply: state and local taxes, resort fee $10, Porterage $9. All other gratuities are at the discretion of the guest. The room rate is in effect three days pre and post program. 

All cancellations received within 30 days of arrival will be assessed two night's room rental, plus applicable taxes.  All cancellations and no-shows within 7 days of arrival will be assessed the cost of the full length of stay, plus applicable taxes.

Please note: The hotel room block is scheduled to be held until December 27, 2015, but may be sold out before this date. Therefore, we advise you to register for the program and reserve your lodging as soon as possible.
