This Self-Assessment CME program has been reviewed and is approved for a maximum of 15.00 AAPA Category 1 Self-Assessment CME credits by the Physician Assistant Review Panel. Approval is valid for one year from the release date of 01/01/2016. Physician Assistants should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. This program was planned in accordance with AAPA's CME Standards. 

Attendees may register for the Physician Assistant Self-Assessment CME without attending the Physician Assistant Board Review course. Attendees who register for the Self-Assessment credits must:

a) Add AAPA SA as a credit type in their personal profile

b) Complete the pretest

c) Attend the 12:00 p.m. session on Friday 8/25/17

d) Complete the post-test with 80% correct

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Request for cancellations must be submitted in writing to cme@mayo.edu. When cancelling a registration for a course 14 days or more before the course start date, a full refund (minus a $75 administrative fee) will be issued in the same form of payment the registration was received.
