Learning Objectives:

1. Describe safe approaches for bone marrow aspiration used for office-based procedures in regenerative spine therapies currently in clinical use.

2. Describe approaches to techniques for safe aspiration of high-quality bone marrow for office-based clinical use in regenerative applications.

3. Describe ongoing areas of research in regenerative spine medicine using mesenchymal stromal (stem) cells.
