Guest rooms have been reserved for attendees and their guests with special course rate of $275 per night for single/double occupancy at The Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club. In order to receive the special group rate, reservations must be made before the room block is filled or before Thursday, December 31, 2015, whichever comes first. Reservations will be taken following this date based on space and rate availability. Group rates will apply three days prior and three days after the course based on availability. Check-in time is after 4 pm and check-out time is before noon. Hotel reservations for the event can be made by individual attendees directly at 800-237-7600. Please identify yourself as a participant of the Mayo Clinic Effective Clinical Management of Borderline Personality Disorder course when making your reservation. The standard hotel reservations cancellation policy will apply to all reservations. Attendees are responsible for their own reservations.

The Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club is located 12 minutes from Naples Municipal Airport (APF) and 40 minutes from Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) Ft. Myers. Taxis and rental cars are readily available at the airport. Travel and lodging arrangements are the sole responsibility of the individual registrant.

Mayo School of CPD is not responsible for expenses incurred by an individual who is not confirmed and for whom space is not available at the meeting.  Costs incurred by the registrant such as airline or hotel fees or penalties are the responsibility of the registrant.
