A limited room block is available at the Mountain Shadows Resort, 0.7 miles or 1 minute from the Omni in moderate traffic. 

A special group rate of $339 (USD), single or double occupancy, and resort service and amenities fee of $20.00, per room per night, plus applicable city and state sales tax, is extended to course participants.  The resort service and amenities fee includes:

• Bellmen and housekeeping gratuities
• Overnight, security monitored valet parking  (valet gratuities excluded and at the discretion of guest)
• High speed wireless internet access in guest rooms and public areas
• Shuttle service to Sanctuary, Camelback Golf Club, Echo Canyon trailhead at Camelback Mountain and the Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Montelucia, upon request and based on availability
• Daily in-room coffee and tea service
• Local and long distance phone calls
• Use of Citizens Club Fitness Center, fitness classes, and The Short Course putting green access

To make a reservation, telephone 877-587-6981 directly and reference “Mayo Clinic Hospital Medicine."  Reservations will be accepted on a space-available basis at the current published guest room rate.

Check-in time is 4:00 p.m.; checkout time is 12:00 p.m.  Bell staff can check baggage for guests arriving early when rooms are not yet available and for guests attending functions on the day of departure.  Hotel facilities are available for use by guests in either circumstance.

Attendees are responsible for their own reservations. Individual reservations cancelled within forty-eight (48) hours prior to the arrival date will be assessed a one-night room and tax penalty charge, and will be placed on the account that guarantees the reservation.  In the event that a guest checks out prior to the guest’s reserved checkout date, an early departure fee of one (1) night room and tax will be charged to the guest’s individual account.  Guests wishing to avoid this fee must advise hotel at or before check-in of any change in the scheduled length of stay.
