Mayo Clinic Headache Symposium: Creating Migraine Warriors - General Session

This symposium provides attendees with an update in the diagnosis and management of migraine and other headache disorders. The format will include lectures, expert panel discussions, interactive question and answer sessions, and small-group break-out sessions.

A block of rooms, studio suites, at a special group rate of $259 (USD), single or double, per night, plus applicable state/local taxes, is available for course participants and guests. Group rates will apply three days prior to and after the course dates, based upon space and rate availability.

Reservations received after this date will be accepted on a rate and space available basis. The standard hotel reservation cancellation policy will apply to individual reservations unless otherwise specified. Lodging arrangements are the sole responsibility of the individual registrant.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Request for cancellations must be submitted in writing to cme@mayo.edu. When cancelling a registration for a course 14 days or more before the course start date, a full refund (minus a $75 administrative fee) will be issued in the same form of payment the registration was received. No refunds are granted less than 14 days before the course start date.
