Introduction
Dr. Sandy Rackley is a consultant in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry and the Assistant Dean for Trainee Well-Being in the Mayo Clinic School of Graduate Medical Education. She completed medical school, Psychiatry residency and Child & Adolescent Psychiatry fellowship at Mayo Clinic Rochester, then completed a clinical fellowship in Pediatric Psychosomatic Medicine at NIMH. She also completed a master’s in medical education at The George Washington University. She has been a CAP fellowship program director at Children’s National in Washington DC and here at Mayo Clinic, before assuming her well-being role in MCSGME.
