A special room block rate of $309 (USD), plus applicable city/state taxes, and a $15 resort fee per room per night, is available for course participants and guests. Mayo Clinic group rates apply three days pre and post conference dates, based on availability. Travel
A rental vehicle is recommended. The Hilton Sedona Resort is located just 90 minutes north of Phoenix, Arizona and only two and a half hours away from the Grand Canyon.
Hertz: Hertz is offering a reduced daily rate for course registrants. Visit Hertz online (use convention number CV03NR0015). Special rates include unlimited mileage and are subject to availability. Advance reservations are recommended; blackout dates may apply.
Shuttle Service: Ace Xpress offers door-to-door transportation from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (or a Sky Harbor Airport hotel) to the Hilton Sedona Resort at Bell Rock. You must make your reservation at least 3 weeks prior to your arrival in Phoenix. This is not a direct shuttle. For additional information click here.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Request for cancellations must be submitted in writing to cme@mayo.edu. When cancelling a registration for a course 14 days or more before the course start date, a full refund (minus a $75 administrative fee) will be issued in the same form of payment the registration was received. No refunds are granted less than 14 days before the course start date.
