Integrating evidence-based mindfulness approaches, those attending this workshop learn and experience ways to address everyday stress. The workshop includes guided practices, personal and small group reflection, gentle yoga, and a sense of comfort that comes from being part of a caring community. Participants receive resources to take home for further exploration. All are welcome.

This is a unique opportunity for families with inherited or genetic FTD to connect and learn from experts as well as each other. Those best suited for this session include:

• Those with a confirmed gene mutation (whether or not they are mutation positive; mutation negative; symptomatic; asymptomatic; do not know their status);
• Those with a strong family history of FTD but who have tested negative for known genes;
• Those who do not know if there is a gene mutation in their family, but who have a strong family history of FTD.
