DESCRIPTION
This series is held monthly Friday, 7-8 a.m. 

TARGET AUDIENCE
This course is intended for physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants. 

LEARNING OBJECTIVES
1) Orient learners by setting goals and expectations (1-on-1 Teaching)
2) Establish a positive, safe learning environment (1-on-1 Teaching, Small Group Teaching)
3) Orient learners by setting goals and learning objectives (Small Group Teaching, Large Group Teaching)
4) Facilitate discussion among learners (Small Group Teaching)
5) Plan and deliver a large group presentation (Large Group Teaching)
6) Identify strengths and weaknesses of learner, noting  behavioral examples to support observations (Providing Evaluation and Feedback)
7) Formulate feedback verbally and in writing (Providing Evaluation and Feedback)
8) Provide effective learner-centered coaching (Mentoring)
9) Create SMART goals and facilitate SMART goal development with learners (Engaging in Leadership, Mentoring)
