DESCRIPTION
Pharmacy Grand Rounds-Florida is a live, monthly continuing education program delivered by pharmacists and postgraduate pharmacy residents to increase pharmacotherapy knowledge of new medications, dosing/monitoring, adverse reactions, safety, and guidelines to optimize patient care.

TARGET AUDIENCE
This activity is targeted for pharmacists. 

LEARNING OBJECTIVES
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:

  • Discuss patient-specific pharmacology for a broad scope of disease states
  • Review evidence-based literature to direct medication best-practices
  • Discuss controversial pharmacology topics and their potential impact on patient care
