The Pharmacy Technician Continuing Education Series is a recorded CE series developed by pharmacists and pharmacy interns for the pharmacy technician audience to increase general knowledge of pharmacy operations topics, including medication safety and inventory management, new and current medications and their related disease states, and professional development skills.

Target Audience
This course is designed for all pharmacy technicians who work in the inpatient, outpatient, or specialty pharmacy practice sites.
Learning Objectives
- Identify current and new drug therapies and their associated disease states.
- List measures to increase patient safety in the medication dispensing process.
- Recognize current and emerging roles of the pharmacy technician in pharmacy practice.
