Course Director: Timothy Hewett, Ph.D.
Enrollment in the certification course and examination provides the learner with the opportunity to receive certification from Mayo Clinic Sports Medicine in MayoMetrics ACL Injury Prevention. The certification session will include a review session of material covered during the workshop to prepare for the exam. Upon passing the exam attendees will be Mayo Clinic CME certified.

Target Audience
This course is designed for physicians, athletic trainers, physician assistants, nurses, occupational or physical therapists, students, researchers, strength and conditioning specialists, sports medicine and orthopedic health care professionals.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Request for cancellations must be submitted in writing to cme@mayo.edu. When cancelling a registration for a course 14 days or more before the course start date, a full refund (minus a $75 administrative fee) will be issued in the same form of payment the registration was received. No refunds are granted less than 14 days before the course start date.
