Mayo Clinic’s Super Microsurgery Skills Training course is a three-day program focused on skill development in the use of super microsurgery techniques. Limited to four attendees per session, the course allows each attendee to receive extensive, individualized training. The instruction incorporates demonstrations and super microsurgery skills practice. Attendees will work with the instructor to schedule a course that is both convenient and well-suited to individual skill levels.

Learning Objectives
Upon conclusion of this program, participants should be able to:
- Establish the skills necessary for the completion of arterial and venous anastomoses in vessels 300-800 microns.
- Integrate the skills learned in the training center to increase competency in the operating room and minimize mistakes that lead to tissue necrosis or flap failure.
