Exhibit Space availability is based on the order completed forms are submitted until space runs out.  Exhibit space is not confirmed until the submitting representative is notified of their confirmation by a member of the Mayo Clinic School of Continuous Professional Development and payment has been received.

Note: Exhibitor registration includes a complimentary light breakfast and buffet lunch for one representative. If additional representatives will need lunch, you can order extra meals for $30 each at Bi-State Extra Lunches.
