Dr. Alvord-   "Post-Operative Anaphylactoid Reaction To Human Albumin Post Heart Transplant" 

  • Discuss pathophysiology of anaphylactic vs anaphylactoid reactions
  • Discuss safety profile of albumin

Dr. Koushik-  "A Case of Double Lumen Tube Placement and Bilateral Vocal Cord Granulomas"

  1. Understand the etiology of vocal cord granulomas.
  2. Explain the presentation and basic management of vocal cord granulomas in the operative setting.
  3. Implement ways to prevent formation of vocal cord lesions during intubation.
