This activity contributes to the requirement for Part II: Lifelong Learning and Self-Assessment of the American Board of Anesthesiology’s (ABA) redesigned Maintenance of Certification in Anesthesiology Program® (MOCA®), known as MOCA 2.0®.  This activity is designated for a maximum of 18.75 MOCA credits. Accredited providers are required to submit learner completion data for each activity registered as meeting ABA MOCA requirements via PARS. Thus, your credit will be reported by Mayo Clinic on your behalf 30 days post course. You must claim your MOC credit by 4/17/2018 to be eligible.

Other Health Care Professionals 
A certificate of attendance will be provided to other health care professionals for requesting credits in accordance with state nursing boards, specialty societies, or other professional associations.
