Mind-Body and Integrative Medicine: Stategies for an Integrated Cancer Program
Learning Objectives:
- Participants will understand the key features of an integrative medicine program.
- Participants will be able to delineate the 4 Baskets of Mind-Body practice that are common to Yoga, Qigong and Tai Chi.
- Participants will be able to coach patients in the benefits of mind-body practice.
- Participants will learn to demonstrate a key breath practice for self-regulation of the autonomic nervous y=system function.
