Cord Blood-Derived Natural Killer Cell Therapy for Multiple Myeloma 

Learning Objectives:

  • Understand the immune dysfunction associated with symptomatic multiple myeloma.
  • Understand the role of NK cells against multiple myeloma.
  • Understand ex vivo expansion if NK cells from umbilical cord blood.
  • Learn recent clinical data with cord blood-NK cells in myeloma and future directions for this cellular therapy.
