Limited to four attendees per session, the course allows each attendee to receive extensive, individualized training. The instruction incorporates demonstrations, microvascular skills practice and detailed handouts.     April 29, 2026 - Please note location Silver Quality Essentials is a comprehensive program on the identification of quality gaps and the application of quality improvement tools and methods to solve quality deficiencies. Attendees in this course understand the importance of quality improvement in health care and make it a part of what they do every day. They know how to measure quality in order to identify and prioritize opportunities for improvement and obtain the skills and knowledge to become problem solvers. The course will occur multiple times in 2024, all throughout the Mayo enterprise.
