  • Compare and contrast the sporadic and familial forms of primary parathyroid neoplastic disorders.
  • Identify the molecular genetic alterations underlying the sporadic and familial hyperparathyroid disorders, including their broader relevance in human neoplasia.
  • Describe clinical implications of these molecular insights and their utility in patient management.
