Learning Objectives:

• Identify that Radial Discoordination Index is associated with better left ventricular reverse remodeling response to CRT in patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy
• Summary of a pilot to implement real time myocardial perfusion echocardiography (RTMPE) into clinical practice (dobutamine stress echocardiography)
• Discuss the concept and prognostic value of cardiac power output in patients referred for stress echocardiography
