2.  Review key considerations related to indications for ICD therapy, selecting the right ICD, and timing of implantation for an indicated patient.

     3.  Recognize life and medical issues specific to ICD patients including driving, sports, shocks,     and recalls.

     4.  Measure the importance of internet-based remote monitoring for ICD patients.
