  • Recognize known genetic bases of early onset familial Alzheimer’s disease and frontotemporal lobar degeneration
  • Discuss  genomic associations of young onset dementia in patients lacking a known genetic cause
  • Summarize the clinical experience with incorporating genomic testing and disclosure of results to patients/families with unexplained young onset dementia
  • Identify knowledge gaps in relating genomic findings to clinical outcomes based upon the preliminary results of this small pilot study
  • Discuss public preferences and expectations of predictive testing (genetic and biomarker) for Alzheimer’s disease
